By accessing and using Stellar Sails Vacations services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Full payment is due 30 days prior to departure.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to departure: 90% refund. Cancellations made 30-60 days prior: 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior: No refund.

4. Safety and Conduct

All guests must follow safety instructions and crew directions. We reserve the right to remove guests who endanger safety or disrupt other guests' enjoyment.

5. Limitation of Liability

Stellar Sails Vacations' liability is limited to the cost of the vacation package. We are not responsible for weather-related changes or delays.
